14 days, no awkward questions

AIvelina Plus is a one-time purchase of $19. If it is not for you, email us within 14 days of the purchase date and we will refund the full amount to the card you paid with.

How to ask

• Write to [email protected] from the email address you used at checkout.
• Include the date of purchase or the receipt, so we can find the payment.
• You do not need to give a reason — though we read every one, and it helps us improve.

What happens next

We reply within two business days. Once approved, refunds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Access to Plus content ends when the refund is issued.

After 14 days

Purchases older than 14 days are generally not refundable, but if something went wrong — a duplicate charge, or content you could not open — tell us and we will put it right.

No subscriptions

AIvelina Plus never renews. There is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge. Free guides and the newsletter stay free; you can unsubscribe from emails at any time.
